11e. Set Custom Fields in GradeCam

Set customer fields for filtering data in reports.

Examples of custom fields: Gender, Race, ELL, Ethnicity, Free/Reduced, etc. These fields will be populated when the rosters are imported either manually with a CSV file or with the syncing with Clever.

Note: This option is not available on free or paid single-teacher accounts. Please contact sales@gradecam.com to upgrade to a school or district license.

Access Admin Settings Window

Select "Administer Your District Name - District" from your Account Menu.

Create Custom Fields

1. Select "Custom Fields" from the "More" tab.

Select "Custom Fields" from the "More" tab.

2. Select the "New" button.

Select the "New" button.

3. Type a "Name" for the custom field.

Edit Custom Fields

Select the customer field (1) and choose the "Edit" or "Delete" button (2) to make changes or remove a custom field.

    I created a custom field and saved it. How do I get it to populate with the list of students? We are currently syncing with using Clever.
