Reset Passwords

Send a Reset Password Notification

Use this feature to send a password reset email to a teacher. 

1. Within Admin Mode, select the Staff tab.
2. Check the box next to the name of the staff member you'd like to send the Reset Password notification.

3. Select the Reset Password icon from the toolbar.

• • Password reset instructions will automatically be sent to the email listed on the Staff tab.

NOTE: Staff can check their spam folder for an email from [e-mail] if the reset password email takes longer than 15 minutes to arrive in their inbox or review the Login Options article for additional troubleshooting tips.
