Send a Reset Password Notification
Use this feature to send a password reset email to a teacher.
- Within Admin Mode, select the Staff tab.
- Check the box next to the name of the staff member you'd like to send the Reset Password notification.
3. Select the Reset Password icon from the toolbar.

- Password reset instructions will automatically be sent to the email listed on the Staff tab.

NOTE: Staff can check their spam folder for an email from hello@gradecam.com if the reset password email takes longer than 15 minutes to arrive in their inbox or review the Login Options article for additional troubleshooting tips.
