7e. Edit a Student's Grade on an Assignment in GradeCam Insight

Edit a student's grade on an assignment after it has been scanned.

1. Log into your GradeCam account and click on the Assignments tab.

2. Select the assignment to edit the student's grade.

3. Click on the student to view their performance.

4. Click on the "Edit" button next to the student's score.

5. Click on the appropriate answer choice for each question.

Color Key:

Green Check - correct student response

Red X - incorrect student response

Light Green Highlighted Bubble - correct answer for incorrect student response

6. Click on the "Save" button.

    This article is only useful if you made a mistake on your key. I simply put in the correct answer on my key because it takes only a second to rescan rather than correcting each child score like the one mentioned above; however, we could use a method to add essay points on to the scanned grade, differentiating the multiple choice from the essay.

    I think you could add an essay score by making the last question(s) rubric question type when customizing the form. You could then fill those numbers in yourself on each answer sheet after grading the essay based on a rubric. For example, if you had three areas you were grading on a scale of 1 to 5 and the total value of the essay was 15 points, this might work.
