Students can follow these steps to complete an assignment in the online Student Portal.
Note: Student Portal is not available on free or paid single-teacher accounts. Please contact sales@gradecam.com to upgrade to a school or district license.
1. Access the Student Portal using either of the two options below.
Option 1: In a browser window go to www.gradecam.com and select "Students" from the "Login" menu.

Option 2: In a browser window go to app.gradecam.com/sportal.
Note: Students should not be in private browsing mode on their browser.
2. Students enter their First name (1), Last name (2) and Login code (3) (provided by their teacher) and then choose the "Log In" link (4) or select "Continue with Google" (5) to log in with their Google credentials.

3. Students can filter the assignments list to look at assignments for one class at a time by selecting the desired class from the "Class" section under Filters.

4. Select "Available" under Assignments to view a list of available assignments.

5. Select an assignment to complete.

6. The answer area is on the left (1) and the attachment view window is on the right (2).

7. ATTACHMENT VIEW WINDOW
7.1. To adjust the size within the attachment view window use the magnifying glass icons.

Note: There is also a grab handle on the left side of the display window.
7.2. If multiple documents are available use the "Documents" button to select the document you want to use.

7.3. To display or hide the attachment view window use the "Display" toggle.

8. ANSWER AREA
8.1. Select the answer bubble(s) and type the answer text to complete the questions.

9. TURN IN ASSIGNMENT
9.1. Select the "Turn in" button to submit the answers.

9.2. If all answers are complete a message will appear letting you know that once the "Turn In" link is selected no answers can be changed.

Note: A green window will appear briefly in the upper right corner of the screen to confirm the assignment was successfully submitted.

9.3. If any answers are incomplete a message will appear letting you know how many unanswered questions are left.

Note: We recommend selecting the "Cancel" link and answering those questions before turning in the assignment.
10. After turning in the assignment the incorrect answers and score might be displayed if those options were selected by the teacher.

11. Select "Turned In" under Assignments to view a list of completed assignments.

12. Select the assignment to view any teacher feedback that was provided.
