9b. Assignment Reports in GradeCam Go!

The Assignment Reports in GradeCam Go! are accessed through the "Assignments" tab and filter each report so you are only looking at the results of a single assignment.

The navigation instructions give a general description of how to access reports. Specific steps are located under each report example.

2. FREE SINGLE-TEACHER ACCOUNT REPORTS

These reports are available for all users regardless of the account type to which they are subscribed.

2.1. SCORE GRAPH REPORT - Shows how many students performed within each range of overall test scores on the selected assignment

  1. Expand the "Assignment Summary" category.
  2. Select "Score Graph" from the expanded menu.
  3. Select the "Configure" button.
  4. Turn on the option to "Group using performance bands" and select the "Done" button.
  5. The data will now appear by Performance Band ranges.

2.2. ITEM ANALYSIS REPORT - View the percentage and number of responses given for each answer choice on the selected assignment

  1. Expand the "Assignment Summary" category.
  2. Select "Item Analysis" from the expanded menu.
  3. Use the "Sort" button to sort them in order from most to least selected.
  4. Hover over the bar graph to see the percentages and a list of students that selected that answer.

2.3. ITEM SUMMARY REPORT - Shows the percentage of students that got each question correct or incorrect on the selected assignment

  2. Select "Item Summary" from the expanded menu.

  2. Select "Overview" from the expanded menu.

2.5. STUDENTS EXAM REPORT - Shows an item analysis for each student including questions missed, correct answers and points earned over points possible on the selected assignment

  2. Select "Exam Report" from the expanded menu.
  3. Select the "Configure" button to choose additional report options and then select the "Done" button.

4. SCHOOL/DISTRICT ACCOUNT REPORTS

Note: "School/District" accounts can view these reports and the "Free and Paid Single-Teacher" reports. Please contact sales@gradecam.com to upgrade to a school or district license.

Note: Demographic filter names are customized according to your school district's SIS data which is imported or synced with GradeCam Go!
