1. ASSIGNMENT

Generic Assignment: When you choose the forms button, without first choosing an assignment, the assignment area is left blank creating a generic multiple choice form that can be used with any assignment.

Assignment Field - Generic

Specific Assignment: When you choose an assignment, and then select the forms button, the form can only be used with that assignment or another assignment with a compatible answer key.

2. CLASS

Print Generic Form for Any Class: This option creates an area on the scan form for students to write and bubble in their GradeCam ID number. When selecting this option, you are also given a field to designate how many student ID digits should be on the form.

Class Field - Generic

Specific Class: This option will create a form for each student with their name pre-filled so the student does not need to fill in their student ID number. When selecting this option, you can choose to print the forms for the entire class or choose specific students from the student drop-down menu that appears.
