Internet connection not working.

I am trying to download a csv file from an assignment and the website keeps saying my connection is not working.  But I know it is.  I need this last file to finish some data.  Please advise.

I log onto Gradecam - choose Pre-ACT English (64E) - Reports - Students - By question. 

 

When I choose By question I get the error " Error communicating with server, please check your Internet connection. "  I have tried from multiple computers over multiple days. 

Can you help me please?

I get the "Error communicating with server, please check your internet connection" message flashing at the top of the screen while editing the questions from a Multiple Choice to a Fill In The Blank...yet I check the internet and the connection is fine. When it does this it doesn't save the answers for printing the form...

Is this program glitchy? I noticed many comments having the same message pop up.

Hi Alina,

 Can you send some screenshots to help see what you are trying to do? If you already have scans in the assignment, you are not able to edit the question to another question type.

What assignment is this in your account?
