I've never experienced any issues scanning forms before (been using gradecam for 2+ years), but as of yesterday, none of my forms will scan. Gradecam says it is having difficulty scanning and I should check the lighting, focus and zoom... I have tried every kind of lighting, etc. and it all looks fine and the same as before when forms were scanning. I have also tried using the app on my phone and experienced the same issue. Help! Thinking the problem must be on your end--what has happened?
