Specific students forms stuck on rendering

I'm trying to print out specific forms for my students (pre-filled) and I've done it for all of my classes except one. One class is stuck at the rendering stage and just sits there before the webpage logs me out. I've tried it on two different computers and two different browsers with the same results.

I've made plenty of tests and have always been able to print out the pre-filled in forms until this one class on this one test.

I've cleared my cache and cookies and still causes the issue.

Any ideas?

Hi Scott,

Please let me know which specific roster and assignment you are trying to print forms for in your account.

Thank you,

I am able to generate the forms for your P4 Spanish 2 (4).  What browser are you using?

I am able to create generic forms for this roster as well.  Is it just taking a while to generate?

Thank you,

I´ve tried chrome and firefox on two different Mac computers. I can generate for all other classes, but this one is stuck at rendering. Even if I leave it, it times out and logs me out for inactivity.

Try just choosing one per page for now and see if that will work. I didn't choose multiple per page. I will have our support engineer look into the multiple per page issue.

Let me know if that works for you.

Unfortunately, that's not an option. We're limited in the number of prints/copies we can make. I'll never get approved for 1 piece of paper for 10 questions for each of my students. :)

I'll just do this test for them the old fashioned way. :(

I was just hoping you could just for this assignment. You can print generic forms for this assignment and copy from there.

Sure - I understand. I will have our support engineer take a look at this for you.

Thank you for your patience in this while we investigate.
