Reports stuck in queue or storing...

I have been using the software since October and the reports have always been generated very quickly (within 30 seconds).  Today, however, I am unable to generate any type of report for printing purposes.  I have tried two different computers and two different browsers on each computer but cannot get to the actual reports to print.  The process proceeds to "Queued" and then just stalls there even after several minutes.  Any suggestions?
