Exam Report Issue

A teacher sent me an email regarding the following issue:

On my GradeCam, I have scanned in all of my 7th period exams and their grades are in there and I can see them, however only 4 scores are registering in my student list, calculating in my average, and on my score graph are listed as unscanned. However, they do show up in item analysis and item summary so I'm confused at why they aren't registering as scanned.

Can you provide a suggestion as to what to do or why these grades are showing as unscanned in the score graph report - but registering in item analysis and item summary?

Same Issue here.  Weirdest thing.  I've put together some screen shots to demonstrate.

The exams scan and show student score as usual.

They do NOT show as scanned from the assignment list.

They DO show in assignment details.

They do NOT show in Score Graph report.

They DO show in item Analysis report.

They DO show in item summary report.

I am having the same problem... it also results in not being able to transfer grades to the gradebook.

I'm still having the same issues listed above.  The only difference, is the scores do appear to be very slowly migrating their way over.  If I log out and check back in later, a few of the scores will have moved to the report window.

I am having same issue, it works for 3 of my classes but for my Pre-calc I just scanned multiple times and I am still not able to get score graph

I am having this issue also! Might it have to do with scanning the answer sheets with my phone?

Hi All,

If you could send more specifics to support@gradecam.com. Screenshots are helpful and the specific names of the assignments and the rosters you are experiencing the issue with in your report.

I am having a similar a problem.  The scans have gone through but will not calculate the mean and data percentages of the standards. I have logged out and even did scans twice but still nothing. Please help

Hi Christine,

Please send along details as requested to support@gradecam.com.

Do the scans show up under Current Terms in the scan window? Were you the one that did the scanning or is this a shared assignment? If it is for a shared assignment, you will need to change the filters in the left side bar from My Classes to Any Classes.
