Full Access to Account

Our school bought licenses for some of our teachers, but when I log into my account it still shows only the free version. Why?

Hi, I have a teacher that is having trouble accessing a shared exam on grade cam.  I think that he may have been connected to the 30 day trial version, instead of the school account.  How do we correct this?

Hi Mary,

An admin on the account can send that teacher an invite to connect to the school account.  Please have them check to see if the teacher is connected to the account.

They are able to do that under the Admin area in their account. If they have any questions, they can contact support.
