School not buying; how do I get a personal accout?

When I try to upgrade, it keeps insisting that there is a problem with billing, however according to my credit card company, there's no issue with the account.  I've double and triple checked that everything is entered correctly.  Now what?

Good morning, Stacy,

After you enter your credit card information, are you clicking on the blue Upgrade button before clicking on Done?

Yep.  It announces with an evil chortle that there is a problem with billing and throws me back to the upgrade screen.  I try again and get the same thing.  Any suggestions?

Have you logged out and back in after trying to upgrade?  Can you send me a screen shot of the error message?

Please know that if the school does not purchase a subscription, you will not have access to your school rosters anymore. The account will be closed. You will want to create your own rosters and scan in those moving forward to keep your data in the future.
