it happened again

I gave another test today, I clone it from my archives. When I'm going to transfer the it shows zero scans. Again almost 90 students scanned the test. I re-scan the test again, then transfer it. But again the data disappear again. They scanned the test in a chromebook, but I re-scan in a desktop or laptop and they disappear again. I cloned from archives for my other class, and scans & data still working fine. It is only with specific groups.

Hi Jessica,

Are you creating brand new forms for your current rosters? The cloned test is in your current assignments, correct?

Which specific groups is this happening with and can you tell me when the forms were printed for this specific issue?

Thank you,
~Donna

The test is correct. I cloned the test from my archives from last yr. I either print a new form or most likely use the one from last yr too. It scans, it just that never saves. Only my science periods are the ones that did not saves the data. The spanish ones, I m using also test cloned from 2 yr ago, the forms are from 2 yr ago too or print new ones, and it works completely fine. It just my periods 1, 3, & 5.

Hi Jessica,

If you look at your archived tests at the Test Cells Unit, it shows that there were scans in this test yesterday. If you are using forms from last year and the assignment name is on the form, it is probably scanning into the archived test and not the cloned test. I see that scans were on Nov 13th for the Evolutions test in the archived test.

If you could print out new forms for the test you want to scan and enter a few student's answers and see if it will scan, that would show if there is something with the form that is not scanning correctly from previous scans.

Thank you,
~Donna
