Refund for Months not used This School Year

I have just cancelled my subscription for Grade Cam on 12/03/20. I have not used this website since 03/05/20. Am I able to get a refund for the nine months that I have not used it? I have not had the capability of using is since March because of remote learning.

    Hi Tamika,

    I have asked accounting to reimburse you for six months.  We typically only reimburse up to six months.

    If you have an opportunity to use the online student portal, we would love to share with you how many educators are using the GradeCam student portal to help assess and connect with the students. What is great is that it is just an extension of what you are already using in GradeCam and instead of printing forms you are now allowing the students to take the test online.

    If you have any questions please let me know. When you are ready to use GradeCam again, you can enter your credit card information to upgrade your account.
