Camera Error: No camera detected

I just registered a account and try to set up the camera. After I installed GradeCam Plugin, I go to the second step: select Camera. it doesn't show any camera in the dropbox, only one is default. When I login to my account, it shows alert information in a box: " Alert: Camera Error: No camera detected" .

My computer is connect to a document camera: AVerVision300AF+ it is in the compatible list. My computer and document camera is connect the way for classroom instruction(allow me to show both computer and document camera through a projector by a switch).

Please help.

Hi Haixin,
You will need to make sure that the input into the computer is chosen so you can see on your computer screen what is under the document camera. The document camera software can not be running in the background as this will not allow GRADECAM to grab the picture for the scan window. Make sure the latest drivers are uploaded for the camera. Is your scan window black?

Please make sure your current AverMedia software is not running and your camera is not connected to your computer when installing the Aver+ update.

You will need to find the link for your camera. If you need help with their website, please contact Avers tech support as I am not versed in their website.
