How do I cancel/postpone a Teacher Plus subscription?

If you have set up an automatic payment for the Teacher Plus account and want to postpone or cancel the automatic payment: Select Account (under you name) then choose** Billing*. You will see *"Cancel my subscription"**.

You can select this for the summer months you are not going to use GradeCam. If you choose to start using the full version the next school year, select "Upgrade to the Teacher Plus version". No data will be lost. The account will only downgrade to the free version during the unpaid months.

no longer using Grade Cam for school  year and desire to discontinue from now until September 2018.  Please advise as to what should be done.

Hi Donna,

If you have set up an automatic payment for the Teacher Plus account and want to postpone or cancel the automatic payment: Select Settings in the menu options > Account Profile > Update Payment Information > CancelThis can only be done through logging into your account through the browser: https://gradecam.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/228097227-1h-Cancel-and-or-Delete-a-GradeCam-Go-Account

Please confirm that you have received this email and have cancelled your monthly payments.
