What camera and browser is functioning since the update?

Everything was working like a dream until the last update of either gradecam or chrome. I usually use an ipevo point-to-view camera and chrome but now it
1)won't install the new plug in
2)won't read my ipevo or
3) won't focus well enough to read the forms from the webcam
It is functionally useless and I have two sets of test to grade.

I was not clear in my earlier post, NPAPI is enabled, I can get the ipevo camera to see the form but it won't scan. I get the "gradecam is having difficulty reading this form" error on both cameras, no amount of focusing, moving, or changing lighting fixes it. I've never had this issue before but the camera images(ipevo and built in webcam) look much blurrier than they did before. When I access the cameras through other programs or websites the image quality looks normal so it is not a physical or driver issue for the cameras.

Margaret,
Please send a screen shot of the form that will not scan under the scan window so I can see what GradeCam is trying to scan. Send this screen shot to support@gradecam.com

Make sure you have the latest GradeCam plugin installed: downloads.gradecam.com

Have you tried scanning in another browser just to see if the camera image looks the same?

I am having the same problem with an IPEVO camera. I am using Safari so I know it isn't a Chrome issue. The camera works fine on every other program… it works in Insight but not in Gradecam 3. It just plain won't focus well enough with no amount of changing of light/exposure. I can use my phone and the Gradecam 3 app to grade the forms, so I know it isn't a "form" issue.

Hi Michelle,
Can you send me a screenshot of scanning a form in Insight and what it looks like in GradeCam 3 so I can see the difference? Please send screenshots to support@gradecam.com.

Thank you,
~Donna
