Trying to scan form, being told it is too short even though it matches the same number of questions on exam

I have a 50 question exam the form I printed is for 50 questions but I keep receiving an error stating that the form is not long enough for the exam. I've tried two different computers and an iPad and it it still won't scan.

Hi Cynthia,
It would seem that maybe the form is not set up correctly. Can you send a screenshot of the form that will not scan under the scan window so I can see what GradeCam is trying to scan? You can send that screenshot to support@gradecam.com.

Thank you,
~Donna

I had this problem, too. To solve (this time) I focused the camera lens ... worked like a charm. Guess the images were a little bit fuzzy for the camera to read. ;-)

Grade Cam is saying that my form appears to be too short for exam length, however, I printed out the bubble sheets for the exact number of questions. Still won't let me scan it...FRUSTRATING!
