Not connecting to server

I have been trying to scan my test for the past week and it keeps telling me it cant connect to server. I signed in to a coworker's account and his scanned perfectly. What can I do to fix it?

Hi Tasia,
Is it just when you are logged into your computer? Could be that a firewall or something is blocking the plugin/camera from scanning on your computer. Are you seeing the form under the scan window on your computer?

No, it's when I am trying to scan from my phone. I have tried being signed in to my computer and not being signed in to my completer.

So you are not able to scan from your computer as well? Can you send me a screenshot of the error message that you are getting when trying to scan in your account? Send the screenshot to support@gradecam.com

I am getting the same error.  It worked all morning, but in the afternoon classes, I get the error about the grade cam server.

Hi Connie,

If you could send a screenshot of the form that will not scan under the scan window, that would be helpful. Click on the camera icon to the right and then place a form under the camera. Take a screenshot of the whole computer screen.

Make sure the upper left corner of the form is visible.
