Printing Student Exam Reports

I'm having trouble printing student exam reports. Under scan, I generally see the option to click on reports to print the ones that I need; however, when I click there now I don't have the option to do so. I only have the options to delete or download as csv.

Thoughts? I've tried logging out and back in again.

Hello Shaun,

If you are printing the entire class Exam Report, you can go to More and the print button is there as an option.  If you are opting to print for a single student or a few of the students, things have changed a bit.

To print single students in the Exam Report:

1.  Select the student you would like to print

2.  Go to the drop down menu and select "hide unselected"

3.  This will hide all students you do not want to print for this report.

I hope this helps!

Actually, that didn't help me with what I needed. I'm trying to print individual score reports for the students that show each question, the ones they got incorrect, and the right answers.

I used to see the option to print individual reports, but I can't seem to locate that now.

I think I figured it out! They look a bit different than usual, but this will do.

Shaun, I am having the same issue.  Can you please let me know what you did?  It is driving me crazy because I know I have printed reports before and now I can't figure it out.  Thanks!

Hi Jennifer,

If you would like to print the Exam Report for your class, you would select the More button and the Print option will be provided.

If you would like to print the Exam Report for just a specific student:  Select the student by placing a check mark in front of their name.  Go to the "select all" box about Question 1 and click on the arrow to the right of the box.  This arrow will reveal additional options and the option you want to choose is "hide unselected."  This will hide all other kids and you will be able to print just for that student or for a few students.

Please let me know that you were able to find this option.  I also want to note that we will be bringing back the option to just select and print the kids you would like to as you have done in the past.  We apologize for any frustration this has caused!

I want to weigh in and say, the simplicity this was executed before was absolutely amazing.  I have students correct their missed questions if they score below a specific percentage.  I would scan a test and then if they scored below the threshold for mastery, I could print their score with the correct answers so they could fix their mistakes.  I would love to restore this.  It is useful to be able to print the whole class but printing an individual student on demand was priceless.

Is it possible to print this report (student exam report)  for each student at the end of the month or as they finish their driver education class. I would need it to show just like it is but  show all exams taken by the student in one print.  For example if I was the student it would show my name and then the results of each test chapter 2-16?

Thank You,

Traci

Hi, this is extremely frustrating!  This feature was so simple on GradeCam Insight, and has completely disappeared on GradeCam GO!  For a given assignment, I still am unable to print individual score reports in which each students' scores are on an individual page.  The only way I seem able to do this is by clicking one student's score report at a time and clicking print each time so they are all on separate pages - I teach 80 students!  Please help!

Hi Nicole,

I am glad to help. If you go to Reports - Student - Exam Report - you will see a button in the tool bar called Configure. This will allow you to customize the report the same way you had previously in GradeCam Insight. If i can help further, please let me know.

Thank you,
Debbie

Can you sort the exam reports by class or make them alphabetical?  The order is how I scanned them in and it will take forever to organize them.

If you select "show only students with scans" it should sort by homeroom.

Hi Nicole,

You are able to click on the headers of the columns and sort your class alphabetically.

Thank you,

Debbie
