Printing Forms

I cannot get my forms to be multiple to a page even though I choose that option when downloading a PDF of my class. I have even tried making the tests as tiny as possible (60%) to see if that would force two tests on a page and it won't even do that.

Please help me figure out how to get multiple per printing page. I just don't know what's wrong with it now.

This would save a lot of copies!

Hi Tillman,

You have to choose a class to get multiple per page.  If you print a generic form, you can only print copies of that generic form.

Choosing a class will allow for multiple per page.

Thank you,

All year I have printed individual forms for my classes and students. The option for one per page is checked, I have never changed it. One of my classes will print this way, the other two will not print one per page anymore even when the option is one per page. I have restarted my computer, browser, cleared my cache. I have tried it on chrome (my default) and firefox. Any suggestions?

When choosing to generate forms I leave it at '1' copy per student but it continues to generate 4 per student.  How can I make it print only 1?  It is multiple versions, but I select the option for students to bubble in.

Hi Laura,

Do you have multiple per page chosen as well? Can you send me a screenshot of your form set up when it then prints out four per student?

Thank you,
~Donna

I figured it out thank you. It was my school’s system that exported the file unusually so when I imported they showed up multiple times. Thank you for your response!
