 Hi,
I am receiving a message... Error communicating with server, please check your Internet connection... but my connection is fine. I have a new laptop and am running on Windows 10. tried uninstalling the gradecam plugin and reinstalling / restarting but still getting the same message. What do you suggest?

Hi Randy,
When are you receiving the error message? Can you send screenshots of the form you are trying to scan if this is causing the error message?
