Not matching student IDs with student names?

Anybody besides me having trouble with the software not matching student IDs with specific students in classes?

Using the same forms and grading same assignments as I did on Thursday and Friday.  Sunday and today (Monday) the software grades the assignment, then says it cannot match the ID with a student, leaving me to spend time doing each one manually.    If I scan something else with the same student ID - or even the same assignment again for the student I've already matched, manually, I get the same message.

This is holding true for three different assignments (Forms worked perfectly last week)  and, in fact, even assignments that scanned and were entered into the system last week come up, when rescanned, saying there is no match in the database and I should match it myself.

I hope this software glitch can be fixed quickly.

Hi Gena,

Thank you for your call earlier.  We are investigating and I have sent you a follow up email with some more questions.

I was able to print a form for one of your students and have it scan without any issues so will need some more details from you in order to help troubleshoot.

Yes, I am having trouble with this too so it would be nice to have a more general comment than the official one here. Do we need to contact you personally to fix this?

Could you please send details to support@gradecam.com? Please let us know what assignment you are working in, and if you can send screenshots to help, that would be great.

Send a screenshot of the form that will not scan under the scan window, that would be helpful. Click on the camera icon to the right and then place a form under the camera. Take a screenshot of the whole computer screen.

Make sure the upper left corner of the form is visible.
