Not Scanning

When I go to scan a test, it says the score is 0%... But the answers are all there and are correct. It's not even showing what the students have bubbled in... I am using the same assignment key from last year but its a new class; however, I have already changed the assignment name and saved the key again - then printed off their scantrons. I did the same thing with their first test but didnt have any trouble scanning them. Just dont know how to fix this or if I have to grade them all by hand :(

Guliz,

Thank you. I have responded to the ticket.  You have created a form for a trashed assignment so that will not scan.  i have sent a suggestion for a work around for you.

 Can you share with me which assignment this is in your account? I see scans for the first two assignments.

Hi there,

 

I am having a similar issue with my account. I setup my classes and assignments yet, it says for this assignment I do not have access to scan the scantrons.

Please help :(

Hi Guliz,

Can you share with me if you trashed the original assignment?  I see there are two assignments in your account. Did you print forms specific for the assignment or use generic forms?

I trashed the original and used generic forms but they have the code at the bottom.

Guliz,

If you could send a screenshot of the form that will not scan under the scan window, that would be helpful. Click on the camera icon to the right and then place a form under the camera. Take a screenshot of the whole computer screen.Please send this to support@gradecam.com.

Make sure the upper left corner of the form is visible.

I just emailed a picture of the answer sheet, which is same as the ones that students used.

 

Email subject line "Not scanning the form".

Guliz,

 It seems you have changed the word "Version" on the form to Group. You have altered the form.  

Could you please send along a screenshot as requested?

yes, version changed to Groups. I have been doing this for years with no problems.
