Scans not being saved


For some reason, Gradecam isn't saving my scans. It tells me I have a certain number of scans for my tests, but when I try to go look at the scores, it says "No Scans." Any ideas how to fix this?

Good morning,

 You may be using forms for rosters that have expired. If you change the filter in the left sidebar from Current Terms to All Terms, you will see the scans.

You will want to print new forms for your current rosters so that when you scan the forms the scores will show under Current Terms and not All Terms

Please let me know if you this doesn't resolve this for you.
