A few troubleshooting things to check.
GradeCam Camera settings
Make sure that the GradeCam settings is recognizing your Hue HD Pro USB camera. Tutorial: Change Camera Settings in GradeCam Go!
Settings >> Privacy >> Camera (Under App Permissions on the left menu) >> 3 areas to check on this page:
- Under the first heading *Allow access to the camera on this device*, confirm that the setting is set to: "Camera access for this device is on".
- In 'Allow apps to access your camera' heading, the setting is "ON".
- In 'Choose which apps can access your camera' heading, if Chrome is in the list, make sure it's set to "ON", as well as the app just called "Camera": "ON".
