Logged out due to inactivity

I've been getting logged out "due to inactivity" several times now while I've been in the middle of something. Whether I'm making the answer key, scanning tests, or grading the rubrics, I will get a notification about logging me out despite being quite active. Even more annoying is that I've tried logging out when I get the notice and logging back in... only to find another notice about getting logged out due to inactivity. This has happened when using my phone as well as my laptop.

Good morning, Matthew,

Thank you for the information. You can only be logged in to GradeCam on one device at a time. Is it possible on your phone, the GradeCam is trying to login when you are on the computer?

I will be looking further into the issue and report back what I am able to find.

I am having a similar issue and I am only using my Chromebook!!!

Our development team has fixed the issue with the 'time out' in GradeCam. Please log out and back into GradeCam. 

If you should still experience the issue with timing out, please let me know by emailing support@gradecam.com
