Can't transfer grades

All of the sudden I can't transfer grades to the Genesis grading program.

Hi Kelly,

Have you had some updates on your computer?  What operating system are you using and version of software?

 I have not had any updates that I am aware of.  I'm using Google Chrome.

What version of Chrome? Are you using a MAC or PC?

How long has it been since you transferred?

Can only transfer 1 set of grades, then heave to log out/back in then one more set of grades. Very frustrating.

H Tad,

 Can you share if you are using our beta version of GradeCam? Have you tried slowing down the speed of the transfer to see if that will help?

Is your computer freezing after you transfer the grades? What is causing you to have to log out and back in?

I've had a paid single teacher version for years. Using a MAC and Chrome. Just today, after transferring grades from one assignment GC would not transfer grades from another assignment to same class.  After logging out and back in it would allow me to transfer one assignment again. Kept having to repeat the process. I am now going to check for and install any pending updates for MAC and see if that helps.

Can you share with me if you are on the beta version of GradeCam? What version of Chrome and version of the iOS are you running?

Hi Kelly,

Would you be able to leave some feedback in the Grade transfer window that pops up so we can have the information to see what may be not allowing the grade transfer to be working for you?  Are you getting that feedback window to pop up?

Also, there is a link to Help in the grade transfer window as well.
