    Hi Cindy,

     Can you give me an example of a student that is not able to log in?  Which class is this student in your account and what login code is the student using to log in?

    I am able to log in as Katie with no issues.  Can you give send a screenshot of the login screen the student is on? Are they logging on a device? It may be prompting them to download the app or log into the app and enter their information again.

    If they are on a device, they can download the GradeCam app and log in with the app.

    My students are using an iPad and not using the app but going to the URL given in the tutorial video.

    Most students can access the quiz but some cannot, which is weird.  I tried with Katie's log in and couldn't get it to work.

    If the students are on a device, GradeCam is pushing them to use the app to log in. If they are using iPads, please have them download the GradeCam app and make sure they are choosing the "student login" link.

    Let me know if they have trouble logging in with the app,

    So what I understand is using the link app.gradecam.com/sportal will not let some students in using their codes on an iPad, but if we install the app for GradeCam the students will be able to log in?  Correct?  Thanks, Cindy

    The students should be able to log in via the website and the app with the same login code.  You mentioned that when they go to the url that they are pushed back to the log in page. I was mentioning that if they are on an iPad, they are being prompted to use the app on the device.

    Whether they are logging in via the browser or the app, the same login code should work for the student.

    I was able to log in as Katie without any issues.  

    If you could send a screenshot of a student that is not able to log in to support@gradecam.com (we do not want any student information shared here), then we can continue to work with that student that can't log in.

    Many students cannot log in with the url app.gradecam.com/sportal. To give them all to you would be too much work.  I just want to know why and what I can do to fix it I am very frustrated.  Thanks, Cindy

    Please send a few to support@gradecam.com.  Are the students using the login codes from the classes you have in your account now?  They are not able to use the login code that they may have used last year.

    Please send a few students to support so I can verify that the login codes they are using are correct and if I can log in for them.  I was able to log in as the student you shared before with no problem.

    Would the site be blocked in any way by the network filter?  Did you use the student portal last year with no issues?

    I understand your frustration and want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you which will be helpful to have the a few student login codes they are using.

    We had the students download the app icon onto their iPads and so far for two of my classes all have been able to log in.  Thanks!  Cindy
