Error communicating with server, please check your internet connection
Hello,
I am an online student and my teacher assigned me an exam over GradeCam. However, when I log in and click on the exam, the above message is shown and I am not able to take the exam. But, I have tried resetting my computer, internet, and signing in on my phone and different browsers to take the exam but every time I click it the same message pops up. How can I resolve this? Here is a screenshot.

We need a few more details to look into the specific issue with why you are receiving this error message. The information we need is to look into the teacher's account. Can you please email us at support@gradecam.com with the name of the teacher and the school you attend?
