    Hi Benjamin,

If the students have already submitted the test, they are not able to correct or continue working on that submitted assignment at this time. We are working on a "retake" feature coming soon.

If you want the student to correct the test, you would have to clone the test and re-assign the cloned assignment or delete the previous scans for that test so the student sees it in the "Available" again.

If the student has not "Turned In" the test, you can extend the test time for just that student or for the whole class. This will allow them to continue to work on the test and then turn it in.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Regards,
    ~Donna

Any update on when/if the retake feature will roll out?

We just got the timer feature, which is nice, but the student portal is missing a good deal of features that have been requested constantly.

    Hi Joseph,

We have just released the "Reopen" feature.

A teacher can select a student or multiple students to reopen an assignment once the assignment has been turned in (submitted) from the Student Portal.

In the Scan area in the filter "Turned In", check the box to the left of each student that the assignment is to be reopened and then select Reopen in the toolbar.

If the testing window has expired, you will be prompted to open the testing window to accept submissions.

Let me know if you have any questions.  The new tutorials will be out soon on our support site.

    Regards,
    ~Donna

    That's good news!

If you reopen a test with a time limit what happens?

    Joseph,

If a test is opened, the student has either: time left on the timer or until the test window closes.
